Members from the Trooper, GBI, Ranger and Corrections Lodges attended the State Law Enforcement Day on the Hill in Atlanta on January
30th. Members from the four lodges along with members from the State Executive Board and Fulton County Lodge 64 are featured in the photo along
with Speaker of the House Glenn Richardson. The members were addressed by Lt. Gov Casey Cagle, House Speaker Glenn Richardson, House Public Safety and Homeland Security Chairman Burke Day, Senate Public Safety and Homeland Security Chairman James Whitehead, and Senator Bill Hamrick. Afterward, the attendees met with the Senators and Representatives from their home districts to discuss issues of importance to state law enforcement officers such as pay and retirement.
