LODGE 93 - DADDY BANKS

Do you live in Georgia without a local lodge near you?  This is the page to join our David P. “Daddy” Banks Memorial Lodge #93 (At Large) for those not close to one of our local lodges. 

 

All potential new members should become a member of a local lodge near them.  If there is no lodge near you then you are eligible to join Lodge 93.  Please contact our State Office at 770-485-7180 or email gafopstatelodge[@]gmail.com and speak to Administrative Assistant Dana Atwood for assistance or clarification of the lodge you can join.

If referred to a local lodge they will provide you with joining information and cost.  If you are eligible to join our At Large Lodge #93 the cost is $60 for both active and retired. If paying by PayPal you will be charged $2 to cover PayPal fees. If paying by Zelle there are no fees.

 
If joining the at large lodge for the first time or renewing your membership online, please select the appropriate drop-down menu in the “Payment Type” block then complete the rest of the form.  Once the form is completed with the appropriate documents uploaded click the “Continue” button at the bottom of the page.  You will be redirected to our PayPal/Zelle page to make payment.  If you pay by PayPal, you do not have to have a PayPal account to make a payment.  You can click “Continue as a Guest/ Pay by Credit Card” for payment, then follow the instructions to complete the payment process.

You only need to download and complete the application if you intend on mailing a check to us, want to include it with the check, or you are going to update the beneficiary information and send to us.

 

Please note all members have a small life insurance policy provided by the state lodge as part of your yearly dues.  All members should keep their beneficiary form up-to-date. This is the form the Administrative Assistant Dana Atwood will use to submit for payment should the member pass away. Failure to update your beneficiary records with accurate information can result in the slow payment of benefits to your estate.

Legal Defense Plan

 

You must join the State Lodge or a Local Lodge before you can join the FOP's Legal Defense Plan. Joining means the State Lodge or Local Lodge has received the yearly dues, signed application/beneficiary form and a copy of your agency identification.
